When something “bad” happens to me I go through a couple things.
1. I cry. Frustration doesn’t gradually kick in. It floods my system. I feel the pain instantly and the only way I have of releasing it are tears.
2. I overthink. My imagination makes up a billion different outcomes and while some are great, some are horrible. In my experience only the bad scenarios happen....
